Irek Lavazzon's works are strong, thought provoking, three dimensional pieces of figural art that depict larger than life Pop Figures as well as everyday life.

 

Every painting has found items which represent various thoughts and feelings about the human experience.  Items are usually found locally with recent items coming from Soho NYC and South Beach/Miami, and a recent series uses shoe boxes and lids as the base, in support of eco-conscious behavior.

 

Polish born Lavazzon was influenced at an early age by Rauschenberg, and Warhol/other American Pop Art.
